At Intel Corporation, I skillfully develop and cultivate working partnership with internal & external clients, by providing exemplary support all throughout the business process. Additionally, I launched one of the biggest women empowerment initiative in the region; trained 1200 underprivileged women in Intel's digital literacy program and enabled 90 trainers across the country; set up strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia's MOE to train more than 500 teachers across the country on Intel Teach Training, a technology integration program for 21st century learning.

As Corporate Affairs Group Manager, I ensured appropriate implementation of business development partnerships along with best practices across company services. I was held accountable for defining national strategy for organizational Corporate Affairs i.e. Government Affairs, Public Policies, Entrepreneurship, Education, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) and Women Empowerment Programs as part of CSR (Corporate social responsibility) across The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I established strategic plans for the Saudi Arabia CAG (Corporate Affairs Group) organization incorporating its core programs of government affairs, public policies, education and entrepreneurship programs, community relations, and communications/media.I have also dealt and liaised with external partners, government bodies, policy makers, NGOs, academia, regulators and opinion leaders for effective implementation of programs. I instituted global STEM case study with Mawhiba; also steered initiatives towards enhancing students participating in local science fairs from handful of students in 2007 to more than 115,000 in 2014. I efficiently & effectively provided assistance to Saudi Youth to innovate as well as win international grand awards at Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. I bridged a gap between youth and adults of communities to foster self-development and empowerment.
