1.Ensure all projects are being executed on time and within agreed to scopeand performance outcome criteria.2.Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of all projects.3.Keep financial track of all projects and reports it to the Projects Manager,4.Participate in the execution and projects development of the sustainability,safety and productivity projects.5.Coordinate site contractors’ activities with consultants & safetyrepresentatives.6.Reviews invoices and bill of quantities to ensure compliance with standards.7.Follow up contractor progress in the site Vs the project timeline and updatesweekly the project Gantt charts.8.Review and approve contractor technical submittals and review theworkshop drawings.9.Coordinate different site layouts and drawings (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical)10.Participate in site surveys and participate in design drawings.11.Liaise with the handing-over process and review handing-over submissions.

Duties of the Civil Engineer1. Supervise Contractor/Sub-Contractor work.2. Attend check lists submitted by the Contractor.3. Supervise concrete work, report directly to Sr. Civil Engineer.4. Supervising tests on materials and works done at site by the Contractor 5. Inspect materials arrived at site. Ensure handling and storage are in satisfactory condition.6. Ensure that necessary safety measures are taken at site.7. To keep constant watch on site safety and protection of the installed works. The Contractor to benotified for any unprotected works or safety lapses.

•Responsible to control and monitor projects budgets including verifying and checking of POs and variations to ensure that all projects are within budget.•Issue revised material budget after estimated budget and actual quantities on site are provided to highlight the variations if there are any.•Coordinate and work with the supply chain department to understand all material lists and costing of the rejection cases.•Prepare monthly rejection report for the monitoring of the rejection cases on a daily basis and log all the cases with the related cost and make the analysis of the results.•Coordinate and work with the project management and factory teams to resolve issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project within budget and with minimal rejections.•Attend projects' kick off meetings and discussions with the PMT and commercial department.•Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT and factory teams as and when required.•Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.•Lead and manage a team of Cost Control Engineers

*Record daily production costs and other sections according to cost centres and financial analysis work.*Provide monthly production consumption reports and compare them with the scheme.*Notify the concerned departments of the company of the details related to consumption.*Monitor all finished products sent to the sites and supervise damaged materials.*Perform other tasks related to goals and areas of work.
