How business running is enthralling, and there are two things that fascinate me most about quality management in business. First; quality can be associated with every possible field of activity. And second; improving quality is part of strategic goal and opportunity to grow business.I apply those fascinating things by leading quality and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence across the organization. The main aspects are operational performance, continuous improvement, Customer focus, quality management and community capability of quality talent.In my current position, I led quality management integration across businesses in Indonesia, Singapore, Philippine and Malaysia, operational excellence, implementation of leading operating model, deployment Lean Six Sigma methodology and quality-operations workstream transition from ABB to ABB Hitachi. Prior to joining ABB Hitachi, I worked at several multinational companies, helping setup quality organization, develop operational management system, improve Supplier performance and run continuous improvement program using QCC, RCA, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.As said in one of film advert by Saatchi & Saatchi; “if you have the will, we have the way”, I believe that the three core areas quality management system, quality talent development and process improvement are part of the “way” increasing business process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business goal and satisfied Customer by giving Customers what they want, when they want it. At the end, Customer loyalty and recommendation means business growth. When I am not on my office mode, I am learning new thing; from reading the latest quality issue, management, leadership and entrepreneurship magazines/books to lately learn about design, web and agriculture. I am always considered myself as Generalist, who loves to learn and work with variety subjects, start my point of view from big picture then establish the relation to solve problem or seek knowledge/idea.
