- Setup and established legal presence in the UAE, attaining the appropriate documentation and approvals from the Dubai Economic Department, Dubai Land Department, and Dubai Environment Department.- Leveraged market research to create content, marketing strategy, and implementation on various channels, including social media, printed media, sponsorships, collaborations, packaging design, newsletters - started Feb 2022 to Feb 2024.- Developed and promoted approaches and policies with commercial and government entities to introduce our flagship product into new markets. This was achieved by conducting the company’s attendance at the AccessAbilities Expo in Dubai Trade Center with a fully functioning demo vehicle displayed at the stand.- Established and maintained relations with various stakeholders including but not limited to, car brand dealerships (VW, Ford, Mercedes), concerned government entities, existing converters, and exhibition organizers. - Researched and produced the “State of MENA Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles” comprehensive report and a licensing options report to operate and establish a business in Dubai. This identified potential roadblocks and advice on appropriate actions to be taken to attain regulatory approvals. - Designed and created a user friendly customer journey “roadmap” to assist in selecting from a wide range of product offerings.
