IBOSAN is an R&D company working on information technologies, specifically in security, defense, robotics and artificial intelligence areas with the capability of software development, mechanical design, technical support, domain expertise and consultancy. The goal of the company is to develop innovative solutions with novel technologies. Recently, we have had two start-up attempts to get investment, yet not successful. We are working on a third start-up project which is much more promising then the first two.

Mainly responsible for Pharmaceutical Track & Trace System of Turkey (www.its.gov.tr). The system follows all 'legal' drugs to be consumed in Turkey, from the manufacturer or importer to the patient. It prevents counterfeit drugs, parallel trade, reimbursement frauds as well as actively monitoring expiry dates and side effects for potential re-calls. Additionally, responsible for Colored Prescriptions portal (https://renklirecete.saglik.gov.tr) mandatorily used for delivering color-coded prescriptions containing narcotics (red), psychotropic substances (green), blood products (orange and purple) and ordinary (white) drugs.

Leading the GKS Project, which is an ‘Access Control System’ aimed to control and monitor entrances and on-site navigation of the personnel and visitors at some of the military bases of Turkish Army. The project is being developed in JAVA and user interfaces are web-based with AngularJS.

An infrastructure for large organizations which will provide a common ground and unification for all in-house developed web-based applications of a large organization is being developed.

In 2006, Social Security Institution of Turkey was comprised by combining the three institutions previously existed. Worked on the "SGEP Integration Project" which aims to merge the still-in-use IT systems and related DBs of these previous institutions without interrupting the services given.

Worked with the bank's team to design a tailored web-based EFT system to be established in North Cyprus to accomplish inter-bank electronic fund transfers. Also worked on preparation of the SW and HW specifications of the project as well as the evaluation of the incoming proposals. Unfortunately, some political developments related to the unification of Cyprus hindered the project.

Motivated, trained and managed the java developers group working in many different Java & JSP based projects targeted for banking industry.

Worked as the chief of the IBAN commission established by the Banks Association of Turkey to determine the 26-digit IBAN-Turkey format and to get it implemented by the banks.

Worked in the Software Development Department of the bank, and managed three groups of software developers. In addition, lead the IBAN-Turkey commission to establish the IBAN standard for Turkey.Major projects included: Payment Systems, Credit Card Applications, IBAN-implementation, in-bank money transfers, national and international foreign currency transfers, SWIFT applications, Reuters KONDOR+ application, YTL (new Turkish Lira) implementation, Letters of Guarantee applications, Business Intelligence applications, Import/Export operations applications and foreign currency loans, Y2K (Year2000) implementation, EURO implementation, integration of the branches in Cyprus, development and implementation of the accounting infra-structure for the bank (which is still in use).

Worked as a Board Member of Onur Petrol Taşımacılık Turizm Otomotiv Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which is a subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası.

Worked as a Board Member of Gemlik Liman ve Depolama İşletmeleri A.Ş. which is a subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası.

Worked as a Board Auditor of MAN Türkiye, which is a subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası.

Lead the team of system programmers which was mainly responsible for keeping the system running, as well as maintaining the system software, upgrading to new releases of the system software, and providing technical support to the application users.

Took part in the technical support group of systems programmers.

Mainly was responsible for keeping the host computer system running smoothly.

Assisted to the C.Eng.201 “Logic” course, and C.Eng.231 and C.Eng.232 “Digital Electronics & Microprocessors” courses and their laboratories.
