Playdium is a project firm for children's development with a rich supply base of products and capacity for construction. We have been a partner of solution in multiple signature projects for Children Playspaces such as Zorlu Center Playground, Istanbul Metropolitan Accessible Playgrounds including Goztepe 60.Yil Parki.As an MD at Playdium, my major responsibilities include:-Establish and manage contacts with government offices, national and international Non-Governmental Organisations. Since June 2013 valuable relations built with ministry of education, ministry of sport, local and global contacts from UNICEF which enabled Playdium to initiate the School Playground Development project. The project will develop the government school playgrounds which also open its doors to public after school hours.- Working with World Disability Union and a French play equipment manufacturer, developed a play unit that provides play opportunity for both disabled kids and kids with no disability in one play unit. Implemented this play unit in 19 different locations in Istanbul. -Recruit and lead project development team consisting of architects, pedagogues, educators and sponsors.

Reporting to Global VP the role required:o Collaboration / Stakeholder Engagement / Relationship building: Implement and manage Coca-Cola’s cross-sector partnership initiatives on ethical sourcing practices in Europe region. Build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders to enable implementation of Company’s Human Rights standards.o In corporation with corporate team, built successful relations with other brands, independent audit firms and NGOs to activate Mutual Recognition initiative in Europe. o Key relationships established with bottlers for allignement on due diligence process. o Project Management: Successfully led “Pass it Back” project with a global supplier, The project involves passing the due diligence responsibility to the supplier which ultimately enables Coca-Cola to penetrate Human Rights Standards in deep supply chain.o Track, measure and report Human Rights performance of Coca-Cola system; provide periodical metrics to Europe and global leadership.

Reporting to Regional Director the role required:o Establish and build strong relations with Government and NGOs which enables successful project management and bring resolution to conflicts.o Managed Nike’s partnership in a textile industry project (JOIN Project) that was initiated by ILO (International Labour Organization) Build valuable relations with Bureau of Turkish Ministry of Labour. o Strategize and lead day-to-day Nike Corporate Responsibility (CR) Program implementation. o Managed Community Affairs partnership of Nike in Turkey.o Developed and implemented Nike Product Donations Program in collaboration with Nike sourcing teams. o Developed and implemented Nike Istanbul Employee Volunteering Program with HR team o Be the face of Nike in Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration initiatives across EMEA.o Drive Business Integration of the Nike CR program with EMEA Business Units. o Manged and Led Nike Europe Middle East and Africa CR team.

Role required 3rd party auditing of multinational brands’ supply chains on Corporate Social Responsibility. Within the total of 13 months at this position 150 contractor factories audited and 3000 employees interviewed on social aspects of their workplace.

Role required managing Executive Assistant responsibilities, Public Relations activities and managing interpretation and translation services of Allied Forces under US European Command. • Manage executive relations and communications of General’s office with Turkish General Staff; US Airforce and Royal Airforce. • Manage and accompany executive visitors such as domestic and international military executives and global press members on their visits to the base.
