I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. With a strong academic background and research experience, I am passionate about advancing the fields of nanoelectronics, photonics, quantum computing, and machine learning. Currently, I am actively seeking PhD opportunities to deepen my expertise and contribute to cutting-edge research.Research Interests:Nanoelectronics and Photonics: Exploring novel materials and device architectures to develop efficient and scalable electronic and photonic systems, with a focus on integrated photonic circuits and optoelectronic devices.Quantum Computing: Focusing on quantum sensing, quantum photonics, and the integration of quantum systems for enhanced computational capabilities.Machine Learning: Applying AI and machine learning techniques to optimize circuit design, signal processing, and photonic systems.Teaching Experience: I have been teaching undergraduate courses in VLSI Technology and Basic Electrical Circuits, where I mentor students in understanding complex concepts and applying them to real-world problems.
