• Coordinate the technical support and infrastructure activities of the IT teams in the respective EMEA Cluster (Lebanon, Egypt, United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).• Coordinate internal and external resources (eg external IT partners/contractors)• Coordinate and guarantee the installation and maintenance of the necessary IT solutions.• Ensure that the respective local and corporate IT Guidelines for your area of ​​responsibility are met by proactively identifying what needs to be fixed.• Coordinate the management of IT projects, and promote good management of resources.• Ensure cybersecurity vulnerabilities are mitigated by IT support teams.• Respond to requests for important information, critical escalations, and major system outages.• Ensuring that all support and infrastructure projects and activities are set up with the desired level of metrics tracking• In-depth knowledge of FME Internal Norms, Procedures/Work Instructions and Guidelines applicable to the function.• Instill a culture of responsiveness and availability with an expectation of support after hours and weekends, but in compliance with local laws and regulations• Manage the service catalog for noscope applications and have the SLAs and KPIs for each service, such as the Incidents and Problems catalog, Disaster Recovery, Change Management, etc. (to be done in conjunction with other shared services partners).• Participation in the Annual Budget and survey of IT Cluster needs
