- Work alongside and collaborate with entrepreneurs and dreamers to create effective brand strategies, brand identities and content.- Design, develop and print a range of brand touch points. This would include websites, business cards, leaflets, posters and more.

- Joined the Learning and Development team in January 2021 and was responsible for onboarding and training over 200 new operational internal and external colleagues through a 2-4 week training program ensuring our new starters left feeling confident to approach their careers with the right level of support from their teams.- I've collaborated with stakeholders, product owners and subject matter expert to create, design and share learning material linked to industry topics and company processes in the most efficient way for our operational colleagues to provide end to end service to our customers. The role continues to evolve and we continue to look at what areas to improve in as we're no longer at growth period within the business so have moved more towards helping Team Leaders and Operations Managers ensure their people are set up to be comfortable with change and increase the quality of conversations with interactive learning methods and coaching programmes along with further content on our Wiki.- Led 'Non-Ops' training programs from March 2021 and was responsible for designing and creating learning material as well as hosting and delivering training sessions to over 100 colleagues from various teams across the business. The areas include Go-to-Market, Data, Finance, Commercial, Tech and the Senior Leadership Team. With the training sessions I've supported their onboarding and have provided operational insights of trending customer topics custom to their respective roles, as well as providing coaching and up skilling ensuring they've been embedded into our culture and ways of working.

- Designed, created and built the website for Saints of Mokha - an urban feel coffee shop in Leicester. By generating traffic online, I was able to help gain new customers and offer the ease of ordering to their door by selling their speciality range online. Launched the website on 17th June 2021 and have generated an increase of 8-10% annual sales to overall turnover. Also responsible for designing and building the identity used for the product range, posters and menus.- Increased brand awareness for the new shop location with collaborative events and a promo week. Also the designer behind a 4 week event called 'Celebrate Leicester' which brought local businesses together to network, increase their own awareness and support one another. My role was to create posters, infographics and menus as each event was targeted at different markets.
