● Assist our VMware engineers to help manage 1500+ Serves across 2 data centers.● Work with Sr. engineers to constantly improve the operational support of our F5 load balancing infrastructure. ● Work in a team environment, detailed oriented, dedicated, dependable, assertive and self-motivated.● Manage 3 different Microsoft Active Directory domains. Help with user/group/service account creation. ● Help with our back-up strategy. Make sure our backup jobs are completed successfully.● Respond to Service-Now tickets. Resolve issues when appropriate and escalate to sr engineers when needed. ● Participate in daily scrum standup and bi-weekly sprints. ● Actively working on documentations and operational procedures to offload work to our other operations teams. ● One of the junior members supporting our Windows 2008r2 thorough windows 2012r2 server deployments. Helping with operational tasks to improve the platform. ● Working with our cloud engineers to assist in our backup to cloud story using Rubrik and AWS. ● Actively work with procurement teams to assist new employees in office specific request. ● Interface with vendors when needed to escalate, resolve, or troubleshoot any problems that arise.● Participate in our change management process. Take part in cab meetings to make sure changes get approved and implemented safely.
