Starting my sophomore year of highschool I joined the Computer Science Academy at Francis Tuttle and through Senior year studied IT elements such as programming in Javascript, C#, arduino machines, and machine learning. I graduated from Putnam City North High School and Francis Tuttle in 2020 with a High School Diploma and a Certificate in Computer Science.I spent the next several years discovering what I wanted from life, and it took me some time sifting through my options but I’ve discovered what really matters to me, and the impact that I want to have. Being heard.In my personal life I’m pursuing music, and I have been for a few years now but I never really stopped to wonder why. When I did take the time to think, I realized very quickly I love music for the reason that comedians love telling jokes. Its obviously for attention, but going deeper than that its being heard. To have a voice that you know will be taken seriously. Thats why I fell in love with digital marketing, and specifically, social media marketing. I had found a way to analyze my own results from my music and see if, in a nutshell, am I being heard? Are efforts going to something or are they being wasted? While my need to be heard in music may not be totally realized, I have a desire to provide that for another entity. Having recently completed Google’s Digital Marketing course through Coursera, I am now ready for an entry level job in the industry.I am seeking a role as a Social Media Specialist/Coordinator because in my years of pursuing my own ambitions I utilized platforms like TikTok and Instagram and learned a lot about content creation, keyword research, target audience, and social media management in general. A role as a social media specialist would be perfect for me, however a more general role as a Digital Marketer would also be awesome.Thank you for reading about me! I hope you have a great day.
