This effort resulted in identifying a bi-monthly R&C dashboard activity that consumed more than 5 hours during month close. I collaborated with various stakeholders to understand the use of dashboards and proposed the elimination of the R&C dashboards task to leverage time for other production issues.LOB Audit Clean-up Project• I initiated and led the LOB Audit clean-up project, which identified approximately 5,900 audit requests pending from 2018. I worked with the Business implementation team to redesign the existing workflow, effectively handling audit requests while ensuring transparency and integrity in the LOB audit process.
