CARBON, ARAMID, GLASS and HYBRID FABRICS PRODUCTION AND R&D PROJECT MANAGER

My first composite production experience is started here and afterward, l participated in different projects for interior and exterior part production in automotiv industry. Some of them;- OYAK Renault, LWRT composite engine under cover project - FORD Otosan, skid plate - FORD Otosan, LWRT Composite Bulkhead project (structural part)- After Market body kit part production (Nissan Navara, Isuzu D-max ,Dacia Duster,Ford Ranger, Mercedes X-Class)The most important of these project is Composite Bulkhead. Production of carbon and aramid fiber fabrics, and the compisite materials such as carbon honeycomb panels, aramid and glas plaques etc.Beside Composite production I also follow up the process of Hand lay up, RTM, Light RTM, Vakum infusion and Autoclave.
