I am a Customer Success Manager at Squadcast, the only integrated platform that unites on-call alerting and incident management along with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) workflows. My core competencies include customer success, customer relationship management (CRM), and problem solving.In my current role, I support Squadcast's customers in achieving their goals and maximising their value from the platform. I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and marketers to provide feedback, insights, and solutions to improve the user experience and retention. I also leverage my skills in CRM and problem solving to proactively identify and address customer issues, queries, and opportunities. I am passionate about helping engineers do on-call scheduling and incident response, the SRE way, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a customer-centric and collaborative mindset.
