I am currently responsible for overseeing compliance and operational standards at the aerodrome, ensuring that all stakeholders, including service providers, adhere to GACAR 151 and GACAR 68. My role involves conducting meticulous audits and daily inspections to maintain stringent regulatory adherence.Additionally, I oversee the regulatory compliance of all ground service equipment, guaranteeing that each piece meets the necessary standards and requirements.I am also honored to serve as the Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) for the implementation of GACAR 138, further highlighting my commitment to upholding the highest standards of aviation safety and operational integrity.

- Monitor and oversight the development and implementation of GACAR part 151 & 68 by Ground handling service providers and third parties; - Monitor and provide oversight of activities and services conducted by Ground handling service providers, taking into consideration the party-specific capabilities and responsibilities relative to the services provided;- Oversight include spot checks and audits of specific portions of the Ground handling service providers operations as defined in the ground handling license provided by the Riyadh airports.- Ensure all the Ground handling service providers adequately equipped and comply with the manpower requirements of GACAR part 68 and Riyadh airport standards; - Ensure all Ground handling service providers and relevant third parties are sufficiently trained and competent to perform their duties in compliance with GACAR & RAC aerodrome rules and best international stander- Establish close collaboration and communication processes with Ground handling service providers for the management of ground operations activities; - Establish and coordinate ground committee meetings to address concerns identified on the ground and to promote Riyadh airport standards; - Establish and issue GHM & SOP’s for ground operations at Riyadh airports;- Continue development - Use technology to improve the service - Measure against KPI’s & SLA
