As Technical Project Leader, I lead the engineering team of systems engineering, hardware, software, mechanics, and testing to ensure technical product maturity throughout the product lifecycle. I prepare the product releases at the product level and drive the product release of the other disciplines (in terms of time, content and quality) to release the entire system. I am responsible for the quality of the technical work products and coordinate all cross-departmental work products.

All products are developed and manufactured in-house utilizing custom technologies and maintaining the highest level of quality in supporting various industries such as public/national security, law enforcement, oil, gas, mining, transportation, telecom, enterprise and governmental services.My responsibilities at the company included:- Procurement of components (offer evaluation, technical clarification).- Coordination of external project partners.- Analysis of requirements.- Technical assistance for suppliers.- Embedded systems design including Mixed-Signal Design, Analog Front End Design, Power Supply Design, Radio Design and Automatic Gain Control.- Development, integration and verification of a software defined radio.- Preparation of system architecture, system design, system specification and supplier documentations.- System verification and validation.- Embedded systems programming (C, Assembler) including algorithm development and implementation; design and implementation of interfaces (SPI, SPORT, I2C, RS-232, UART, JTAG, Ethernet); migration from TI to AD; system profiling and optimization.- Digital signal processing for OFDM systems.

My responsibilities at the company included:- Embedded systems programming (C, Assembler).- DSP software migration from ADSP-21363 to ADSP-21469.- Development of digital signal processing routines for DSP.- Digital filter design.- Integration and verification of wireless communication systems.- Profiling and optimization of embedded software.- System Administration of Windows Server.- Desktop programming (GUI) for serial interfaces.

QUALCOMM CDMA Technologies (QCT) is the largest provider of 3G chipset and software technology in the world, with chipsets shipped to more than 50 customers and powering the majority of all 3G devices commercially available. QCT partners with nearly 60 3G network operators around the globe and has the largest CDMA engineering team in the wireless industry.My responsibilities at the company included:- Stationary & mobility tests on modem & application processors.- Functionality verification (video telephony, video streaming, SMS, MMS, Bluetooth, throughput with HSDPA/HSUPA, GPS, WLAN).- Designing new stress and stability test routines for recently founded Product Test Automation Department.- Implementation and verification of automation scripts for the designed test routines.- Maintenance of automation tools and scripts.- Daily reporting of the crashes/failures seen and following up the outcomes of these reports in a tight time frame.

QCT partners with nearly 60 3G network operators around the globe and has the largest CDMA engineering team in the wireless industry.My responsibilities at the company included:-Familiarization with GSM/GPRS/EDGE & UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA protocol stacks and with all applications that can be run on mobile phones.-Testing different targets with Windows Mobile, BREW, UIone operating systems.-Executing browser, video-telephony, media player, messaging and Bluetooth tests.-Learning to analyze/debug problems by using specific proprietary Qualcomm investigation tools.-Assigned periodically to work in a small team or individually on different projects/targets concerning testing CDMA-based integrated software for wireless voice and data communications and multimedia functions, as well as GPS integrated modules used in wireless devices throughout Europe.-Reporting daily and weekly on the work progress in a tight time frame.

Assisted a Ph.D. student in the Department of High Frequency Electronics - MOVPE III-Nitrides material growth (GaN, AlGaN)- Clean lab duties including Oxidation, Photolithography, Etching and Doping- Supervising graduate students- Writing MATLAB codes for various material growth simulations

Tutor for high school students on Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English.

My responsibilities at the company included:-Learning TDM, ADSL and Networking basics.-Configuring ADSL modems.-Configuring CISCO routers, ATM and Frame switches.-Testing VoIP technologies.
