I am a former high school math teacher from Uruguay, South America whohas been living in Australia as a permanent resident for the last 5 years.Since I started traveling, I have worked in Customer Service and ServiceDesk positions for the last five years, in roles that contribute to boosting myskills and understanding of different industries on their logic and their useof data daily.As a front-line agent, I have gained knowledge of the telecommunications,healthcare, and hospitality business sectors. As a former teacher andadvisor, I also have experience working with educational organizations andeducational systems.In the last two years, I have improved my skills in Data Science and DataAnalytics and I am eager to get some work experience in this field to helpme to consolidate my knowledge and change my career path.As a Math teacher IT resources and programming has been entangled withmy daily activities, I found it was natural for me to eventually gain moreinterest and put effort into upskilling myself in the data analytics field.I like resolving problems in a critical and methodical way, I also likedocumenting and sharing my work with attention to detail in the reporting.I work comfortably in teams as a collaborative and supportive member.
