Ansvarlig for et omfattende datacenter transitionsprojekt. Mit primære ansvar var at analysere et datacenter for at udarbejde et beslutningsgrundlag for dets potentielle nedlæggelse og at udvikle en strategi for at migrere, flytte eller nedlægge systemer til et nyt datacenter. Målet var at tømme datacenteret fysisk, så det kunne omdannes til en ny kontorfacilitet.Efter beslutningen om at gennemføre projektet blev truffet, fik jeg ansvaret for at sikre en gnidningsfri transition og den endelige nedlæggelse af datacenteret. I min rolle fungerede jeg både som konsulent og projektleder, og jeg arbejdede tæt sammen med teknikere fra IT-infrastrukturafdelingen, herunder eksperter inden for servere, storage, netværk og sikkerhed, samt applikationsspecialister og leverandører. Jeg havde en delegerende, udførende og assisterende rolle, alt efter hvad situationen krævede.Projektet involverede regelmæssige statusmøder med IT-ledelsen og møder med teknikere, applikationsspecialister og leverandører. Samarbejdet foregik på flere niveauer, afhængigt af projektets kompleksitet, og nogle dele af projektet udviklede sig til selvstændige miniprojekter. Jeg blev informeret om, at tidligere eksterne konsulenter havde forsøgt at lukke datacenteret uden succes, så det var et stort skulderklap for mig at lykkes med dette komplekse projekt. Der var mange systemer, som var både komplekse og ressourcekrævende, men jeg formåede at holde alle motiverede og fokuserede på at gennemføre det nødvendige arbejde. Det lykkedes os at nedlægge datacenteret midt i Corona-perioden, hvilket yderligere komplicerede projektet.For mit arbejde modtog jeg stor ros for min evne til at gennemføre projektet med succes og for min effektive projektledelse. Denne rolle har styrket mine kompetencer inden for både teknisk udvikling og projektledelse, hvilket gør mig i stand til at levere komplekse IT-løsninger i sundhedssektoren.

Hired as VMware Specialist but after a few month I was proposed to take part as an infrastructure Architect with a teamleader position.
