o Manage all projects Administration activities to ensure that all operational functions associated with the projects handled are carried efficiently and effectivelyo Provide specialist advice on developing procedures, the legal and financial implications and 'best practice' for employee relation issues within the Middle East.o Terms and conditions of service, in line with the companies policies, procedures and legal frameworko Provide advice and expertise to enable the individual business interests to developo Provide continuous support to managers in resolving and progressing cases of absence and performance managemento Oversee the issue of contracts/letters of appointment, variations and associated documentation and ensure appropriate action is taken in respect of staff changes.o Supervise the completion of appropriate staffing and salary returns and variations on the HR database.o Managing the major clients of Al Otaiba include ADMA-OPCA, ZADCO, ADCO, House Engineering Contracting (HEC) and Advanced Integrated Systems (ATS/AIS)o Support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function in specific during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development. o Supports the HR Manager in providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and staff within the organization.o Manages a variety of general administrative activities to support the AOT’s BUs operating in Emirates.o Participates actively in the development of the Group’s administrative strategy and the formulation of the Group’s policies and procedures.o Ensures implementation and compliance with all SOP’s at the Group level. o Manages sections namely: Government relations (Immigration, Labor, & Municipality) administrative services & support, Labor Camp, Workshop & Emirates location.o General HR administration: EOSB , Annual Leaves, Sick Leaves, Increments & Workmen Compensation Claims ; Handling and Maintaining all these record

o Standardizing SOP's across the organization (HC) data management, privacy, and quality assurance. o Working collaboratively to develop and implement global policies to comply with regional labor laws.o Managing the major clients of Robust Contracting include Edara, Union Properties Khatib and Alami and DAMAC.o Operational support: managed the delivery of specialist advisory support services to internal clients.o Report accountabilities: timely submission of reports, project deliverables and action plans.o Global data privacy laws, ensuring compliance with that affect the APAC and MENA operating regions.o Interfacing with legal departments on global compensation and benefits compliance requirements.o Communicating changes to HC committee: keeping abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations.o Employee relations implemented an open door policy to be followed by all Associates and Executiveso Documentation: preparation of project process flow charts, work instructions, data definitions.
