Being a Team Lead of IT Core Applications below are my responsibilities:• Successfully completed Autobanker migration Project, bank's core banking system migrate from Hplus to Auto banker including successful data migration.• Managing customizations /Enhancement and Production Support for Core Banking (ABII, Hplus), Core ADC and Middleware.• Coordination with vendor for day to day changes/ support.• Implementation and Enhancements of ongoing Core Banking Systems.• Implementation of security controls in respective systems• Managing In house Development and R&D projects.• Loan digitization (integration core banking system with tablet). • End to end integration of Core banking with Middleware, call center and branchless banking. • Applications incident management.• Implementation of IT policy/procedures.• Financial and Non-Financial reporting to regulator, internal, external and international stake holders (MIS).• I have played major role in Core Banking & Branchless Banking ERP implementation, Migration, Enhancement, Management and technical support, Integration of Branch banking with Branch less banking (SAP), Banking and loan product designing and manage, analyze and propose enhancements in the system, Liaison with the service provider for development of upgrades and pre-deployment testing of the upgrades also perform UATs (user acceptance testing), and support for ATM / POS systems., etc.

My responsibilities are to provide consultancy to our clients (UBank and Telenor Pakistan).There are two different type of systems have been implemented at both organizations.• At UBank SAP Mobiliser 5.1(branch less banking system) is implement and I have configured saving product, coupon and Mobile application as well as provide support on this system. • At Telenor Pakistan (TELCO) APIGEE (google product) Implemented and my responsibilities are to create new API and provide support regarding this product.• I have created ticketing system on which we can track daily issue from this system and keep the records of all bugs fixation history, Developers history and QA history etc.

My responsibilities are to handle and maintain all core banking and branch less banking application. The two main software’s using in bank are PIBAS (core banking system) and Syabse365 (branch less banking system).• I have developed and design an application that connects UBL bank with PIBAS (UBank Core system).It’s an automated system that read all daily transaction from UBL alerts and posted in to our system (ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL SERVER, LINQ, window service ).• Developed and design SMS Mobilizer (SMS verification and sending APP (ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL SERVER, LINQ, Web service)).• Modification and add modules in Existing TR Book System (Transaction Receipt Book (ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL SERVER, LINQ). • Developed and design full ASVS (Authorized signatory view system (ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL SERVER, LINQ)).• Developed automation Report creation using java and IReport tool.• Data migration Oracle to Oracle , Oracle to SQLSERVER • I have created all financial and non-financial reports for branchless banking and core banking system (Automated window service ,C#, Oracle, XML).• Oracle 11g2, Jasper Report, SQL Server 2008R2, Asp.Net(C#, LINQ). Window service, web service, Linked server (Oracle and sql2008R2) etc.
