Through my time at Hurtigruten, I have worked through the outbreak of the pandemic and the ensuing shut down of operations, reorganizing the company, major outsourcing initiatives, both acquisitions and divestitures of major assets and a full redesign of both group and business unit strategies.Previous to Hurtigruten, I spent ~5.5 years in consulting and strategic advisory, most recently as part of Bain & Co’s Technology and Private Equity practice areas, based in Oslo and Silicon Valley.While at Bain, I worked with larger PE-funds and blue-chip companies on Strategy, Performance Improvement and M&A (mainly CDDs and post-aquisition work). I have mostly worked in the Nordic Region and United States, but have also covered South America, United Kingdom, Central Europe, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa.
