Ian is a director and senior manager in the education, employment and human resources sector. Ian combines his proven experience with a sound knowledge of what contemporary multi-cultural businesses need. I believe that investing in a multi-cultural workforce is the future. Cultural Diversity needs to become part of the strategic plan. We must combine culture, people, education and training in an integrated, holistic way that pays superior dividends for organisations and the community well into the future. Ian has a Master’s in Business Administration, majoring in Organisational Learning and Change. Ian has worked in Europe and Asia for over 10 years. He has been requested to speak at the University of Technology in Sydney on Strategy and the University of Sydney on Culture and its impact on business. Ian has lectured at the Australian College of Applied Psychology for over 7 years at undergraduate and post graduate level. He lectured in Approaches to Cultural Diversity, Organisational Behaviour, Contemporary Management Issues, Society and Culture in Organisational Behaviour, Managing in Ambiguity and Change, Managing and Developing Teams, Leadership and Strategic Management.Over the past 10 years Ian has been involved in using his understanding of business, culture and education to assist in workforce planning, change management strategies, people strategies and Organisational capability. Ian has consulted to organisations such as QANTAS, Department of Immigration, KPMG, Burrun Dalai out of home care, Busy at Work, New Horizons, Centrelink and the Department of Human Services.
