As owner and manager, I was responsible for all technical and management functions i.e. operations, staff recruitment, staff performance management, client liaison, marketing and finance.

Responsible for direct line of communication with clients. Responsible for overall control of production from inception to completion of projects. Compiled cost estimates. Liaised with the engineer, architect and other professionals. In charge of the related civils works such as rock blasting, G-blok paving, concrete paving and premix.
