At this early stage of dis-ease, many freely accessible health professionals are well-equipped to assist you, specially when they cooperate together, however it can be challenging to choose the right starting point.I aim to address this issue by creating Healing Grounds, making it easier for people to find the support they need in their healing journey. My ultimate goal is for individuals to remember their connection to all life and the oneness we share. I believe that when people reconnect with this sense of unity, they will naturally take better care of everything that lives.

During Covid more than ever there was a need for teams to connect with each other. With Team in Nature we helped beautiful estates to facilitate workations. Teams were invited to exchange their home offices for an office in nature. In a safe, green and large environment team members could reconnect. Team in Nature.

Startups and scale-ups drive a very necessary change in today's and tomorrow's world. However all too often we run into unnecessary difficulties created by a system that was not created by us. TechUkraine unites and strengthens the Ukrainian tech ecosystem. In 2019 we launched the TechUkraine organisation and three initiatives: TechUkraine.org portal, the Startup in Residence Programme and TechUkraine International programme. My role as an advisor was mainly geared towards the TechUkraine international programme and growing the organisation itself. TechUkraine International consists of a national and international network & the internationalisation readiness programme for Ukrainian startups and scale-ups. DutchBasecamp's methodology, tools and programmes have been validated and adapted for the Ukrainian context.

As innovation advisor I designed programmes for innovation like HollandCall.nl and gave form to the innovative ecosystem in Noord-Holland. I designed the instruments for two funds (17 million euro) to support (sustainable) innovation with SME’s.Topics I worked on included: Startups, Funding, Economies of Culture, Open Data, Social Innovation, Open Innovation.

The Junior Talent Programme of the Dutch Province of Noord-Holland is a two year traineeship that focuses on acquiring cross-functional knowledge and experience of working at a regional government institution.A large part of the programme is geared towards personal development, illustrated by numerous trainings that I engaged in.In my first year, amongst other projects, I initiated Apps for Noord-Holland and also acted as project leader for this first Open Data project of the province of Noord-Holland (www.appsfornoordholland.nl).Till june 2012 I worked on product development for the Defence Line of Amsterdam (www.stellingvanamsterdam.nl). My work included selecting entrepreneurs in the field of recreation and tourism and helping them to further develop their ideas on new tourist packages about the Defence Line of Amsterdam (for example biking and boating along some of the fortresses).

The traineeship at the province of Noord-Holland created opportunities to accumulate knowledge by working for an different organisation. I chose the Amsterdam Innovation Motor (now Amsterdam Economic Board) to deepen my knowledge on innovation. I researched open service innovation, this research concluded with a model, see attachment (in Dutch). Furthermore I was responsible for the online and offline communication of a crowdsourcing pilot.

The data collected for my masterthesis I used when working at NS Hispeed (the Dutch railway company) to gain more insight in marketing opportunities as well as opportunities for business development.I learned to code in SPSS Syntax and loved it.

I built this marketplace for horses when I was 15. I designed, advertised, built and kept the website going for years until I started my studies at Utrecht University. Horse owners paid €50,- per month to advertise their horse on my platform. Not acting as a growth hacker as a kid is my biggest financial regret. I did however learn the basics of coding and followed in my family's footsteps by becoming an entrepreneur.
