I managed engineering tools for the department of mechatronics in automotive industry, so that engineers can perform their tasks efficiently and succeed in their roles. Some of the fields covered by these tools include system engineering, requirements management, workflow management, project management and versioning control. Among others, some of the technologies and tools that I manage are RTC, JIRA, Papyrus for SysML-UML, DOORs, GIT, github and Gendoc. Except from the engineers who are the customers, I am in regular communication and collaboration with the suppliers of the various tools including developers of Papyrus (open source tool).#AgileScrum #Agile

I was the product management engineer leading knowledge sharing intranet web apps (Wikipedia, video channel, collaborative tools, social media tool) based on Microsoft SharePoint. The workflows and the forms, that we needed for our projects, were built with Nintex technology and the social media web app was enriched with the plugin Skyvera. My customers were mainly the experts (~100) and the research engineers (~100) of the business. On top of my customers, I was working with the Information Systems & Services department, with suppliers that were developing new features for the web apps and with suppliers of social media tools such as Skyvera.

I worked for 4 years as an instructor in coaching schools for computer engineering courses including mathematics, physics, electronics. That experience introduced me to the coaching and allowed me to explore and realized that coaching is a field that I can successfully perform and as you can imagine, I am still using my coaching skills in my every day work as product manager.My second activity was to support software, hardware and network activities to facilitate the lessons and exams. I also implemented software applications using VBA macros and Microsoft Access to decrease the administrative and manual work.
