Mr. Salah is the Managing Principal of the Dubai Design Studio at Dar Al-Handasah Consultants (Shair and Partners), with a successful career record, and extensive design and management experience of complex and major projects in the Middle East, the Arab Gulf region and Africa. With his current position as Managing Principal of the Dubai Design Studio, he is responsible for managing 150 Architects and Engineers across all design phases for major projects undertaken by the Firm in the United Arab Emirates and the region.With the Firm Since 1997, Mr. Salah has contributed to the various design and management aspects of a wide range of projects, encompassing tourist complexes; hospitality developments; mixed-use residential, commercial and medical buildings; airports and airport facilities; and many others.Mr. Salah has also developed a comprehensive understanding, supported by academic certification, of Project Management procedures and techniques during the Design Phases of complex projects. This has led to his successful management of potential projects within the Firm.Before establishing the Dubai Design Studio in 2014, Ibrahim has worked extensively out of the Dar Cairo and Beirut offices as well as headed the Beirut Architectural Departement between 2006 and 2010. In 1989, Mr. Salah acquired a 4-month training in the USA with Daniel K. Bleck Architects where he participated in the design and working drawing preparation for a Bank Building Project in Wisconsin State.

Duties included design and preparation of working drawings for the following projects:- Al-Afandi Establishment Headquarters Tower, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.- Salman Bay Touristic Village, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Senior Designer and Head of the CAD Department. Duties included design and preparation of working drawings for Fouka Touristic Village, North Coast, Egypt.

Senior Designer and Coordinator (part-time). Duties included the following:- Design and working drawings for 6th October City Faculties.- Design and working drawings for 8 hotels in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.- Planning and design studies for a major project to rearrange the Pyramids area.- Planning and tender documents for three districts in Cairo.

Duties included: staff training on Mini Cad and architectural computer production, hardware setup, supervising the production in the office by contributing in projects using Archi Cad.
