- Business case: Prepare proposals for decisions, includingdescriptions of consequences of changes and draw up the business case incooperation with project participants, sponsor and stakeholders.- Project management: Responsible for planning, managing,driving and reporting about the project according to models, including milestones and iterative processes and delivery with agreed contents and quality. Manage major improvement tasks. In charge of the day-to-day task-related management of your project team.Responsible for coordinating plans/ties between other projectmanagers and functional managers.- Resources: Responsible for resource allocation in cooperation with the functional managers and sponsor.- Evaluation: Responsible for setting success criteria for theproject team and reconciling expectations with each project participant (possibly together with theemployee's immediate superior Responsible for making the concluding evaluation (give andreceive feedback) with each project participant (possibly together with the employee's immediate superior).- Implementation: Responsible for implementing the project,including the change process, following up the changes etc and follow-up on the business case.- Specialist areas: Contribute actively - via my knowledge of the system portfolio's complexity, my experience in the topic and knowledge of products and processes - and are thus a vital support and sparring partner for functional- and product managers and IT.- Quality assurance: Responsible for assuring quality in theproject and in connection with the choice of solutions. Responsible for compliance with the current strategies, and inconnection with the choice of work methods. Responsible for ensuring that the current set of business models is used.
