In this role, I have been instrumental in expanding markets and boosting revenue by establishing a highly successful Go-To-Market (GTM) partnership with Bharti Airtel for International Connectivity and specific services, significantly extending our global footprint. Notably, I achieved an impressive YoY revenue growth. I also spearheaded the introduction of the Cyber Security business in India, successfully creating a new revenue stream for Singtel in India.In addition, I secured multiyear contracts with GSIs such as TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Tier-1 IT & ITES firms, efficiently driving Cyber Security and SD-WAN projects for global expansion and financial strength. I also introduced Hosting Services and Cyber Security products & services to the targeted market, building revenue from scratch in India.Through my strategic marketing efforts, I consistently delivered a remarkable YoY revenue growth for three consecutive financial years. Furthermore, I successfully negotiated and executed multiyear, multimillion contracts with major Indian Enterprises and Banks, including contracts for Cyber Security services from Private Indian Banks and MNC Banks.

Business Leader - Sales & Business Development - Data Centre, Managed Services, Cloud Computing and ITaaS at Dimension Data, a NTT companyAt Dimension Data (a NTT group company), I contributed to the setting up and driving the growth of IDC, Managed Hosting Services, Managed Services, and Cloud Computing businesses in the West & South regions, building these ventures from the ground up. I was tasked with creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Data Centre, Managed Services, and ITaaS/Cloud business, which included building up a team, set sales processes & strategy & acquiring new clients.Additionally, I devised and executed extensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and attract a wider client base while giving top priority to customer satisfaction and retention. My role involved engaging in high-level discussions with C-level executives, cultivating a strategic partnership with BSNL at the regional level, and nurturing opportunities for growth. I successfully secured a significant IDC contract for colocation (Data Center & Disaster Recovery) with Managed Services for the Maharashtra Sales Tax Department.My responsibilities spanned a broad spectrum, driving the team for order booking, revenue generation, project execution, operations management, and collections, ensuring smooth execution and financial success. I actively interacted with prominent Large Enterprise customers across various industry verticals, with a particular emphasis on the BFSI and Govt. segments.Furthermore, I oversaw the relocation of critical State Government departments to Data Centers in the Western and Southern regions, onboarded over 25 new clients in less than 18 months, and managed the migration of State Govt. & PSU applications to DD/BSNL cloud infrastructure. In addition, I forged ISV partnerships to deliver Core Banking Applications via the SaaS model and secured a 5-year contract with LIC for Colocation, Managed Hosting, and Cloud Services.
