- Hired to lead a team of 10 engineers designing and developing integrated and modular engine cooling modules composed of fan systems, charge air coolers, high and low-temperature radiators, oil coolers, and air and water condensers for BMW and BMW M vehicles sold across the world.- Acting like interface between Valeo Departments(situated in Poland , Mexico and China) and BMW R&D Department my responsibilities are to lead the technical side of the project, to assess business needs, make recommendations, develop product specifications, and provide updates and support through delivery and final approval.- Prepare and analyze 2D and 3D creation and updates, thermal simulations, design-to-cost, test reports, lessons learned documents, and data consolidation.

- Hired to act as the interface between Plastic Omnium and BMW for all CAD/Design topics.- Manage the development process for fuel systems and assemblies from gathering requirements and creating product specifications to working with production teams to complete the products.- Identify and rectify project-specific issues to meet all quality SLA’s and ensure client satisfaction.- Partner with suppliers to review component specifications and provide technical support.

- Hired to act as the interface between Tooltech Romania(Solid Solution GmbH subsidiary company) and Solid Solution GmbH Deutschland for all CAD/Design topics.- Manage the development process for front and rear bumpers assemblies from gathering requirements and creating product specifications.- Identify and rectify project-specific issues to meet all quality Specifications and ensure client satisfaction.- Partner with suppliers to review component specifications and provide technical support.
