-Review orders referred to the Credit Department before shipment.  -Base decision to approve or hold orders on knowledge of the customer and the condition of the account. -Contact customers to resolve past due items.-Keep Credit Supervisor and Director of Credit informed of serious credit and collection problems and major changes in account status.-Interact with other departments to resolve deductions and unapplied payments.-Perform various credit and collection duties and assignments as required by Credit Supervisor and Director of Credit.-Perform Reconciliations of a customer’s account.-Perform Cash Application for each customer account.
