In 2020, I hit a wall.Working as a Project Manager and clinically as a physiotherapist/(physical therapist), I remember the ethereal feeling of treating a patient in the COVID-19 isolation room in a Sydney ICU.I was physically there, but my mind was not.And while I went into the hospital- like many of my colleagues - with a great heart ❤️ to help others, I found everything in my body was telling me to leave.I was dragging my feet just to get to work.At that time, I remember distinctly there was no vaccine or hope in sight; healthcare staff were leaving the profession in droves. Really experienced staff, with decades of experience, were burnt out.Without strong leadership, my healthcare, Lean/OpEx and property development projects were failing too.My family felt it and so did I.I had no extra energy to give; I felt miserable.It was at this time, in the midst of lock-downs and constant social distancing restrictions changes, that I got help.
