Currently, I work at Sidia, more specifically at the IMS Team.IMS is an acronym for IP Multimedia Subsystem, which, in summary, is the system that mobile operators use to provide multimedia services over 4G and 5G infrastructure. Those services include voice and video calls (VoLTE, VoWiFi, ViLTE), message exchange (SMS over IP, RCS), and so on.At IMS team, we have to ensure that the support for IMS services of Latin American mobile operators is embedded in Android devices. To do this, we are constant contact with teams from Latin America and other parts of the world. Our activities include Android programming, code review, log analysis, and issue analysis.As we work with Telecommunications, it is frequently necessary to perform laboratory tests under 4G and 5G controlled environments. Knowledge in mobile networks, its specifications and standards are also required.

During my time at IPMJP, I worked on the maintenance of the Institute main webpage, as well as on the creation and support of internal web systems. The language utilized for back-end was PHP. Relational databases were widely used. For the front-end, the mostly used tools were jQuery and Bootstrap 4.

I was a student tutor of Microcontrollers course in an interdisciplinary tutoring project at Informatics Center of UFPB. Besides Microcontrollers, the project was also related to courses as Logic Circuits, Analog Electronics, and so on. The main goal of the project was that tutors and students interacted in activities and projects which required the knowledge of multiple courses simultaneously. During the tutoring project, I helped students on their laboratory activities, which included circuit prototyping, assembly programming for Microchip PIC microcontrollers, and analysis of results and issues with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other tools. Besides this, I built a Printed Circuit Board for number displaying, composed by four 7-segment displays and controlled via I2C protocol, for further use in the lab.

Summer project done in collaboration with the Computer Science department of Maynooth University, contributing with the Music Technology research group. My goal on the project was to study the creation of audio processing apps for Android using different tools. Apps were created using Processing programming language, as well as Java and the LibPD library.
