Facilitator of interaction between areas.Training and dissemination of agile concepts and maturation of self-management.Application of Scrum values, artifacts and ceremonies, carrying out daily, review, retrospective and planning,concepts already used at the head office in Belgium and which needed maturing in Brazil.Monitoring performance indicators and objectives (OKR, NPS, SLA and KPI).Working to understand and develop products according to the client's needs.

Controlling incidents, changes (GMUD) and projects (PMI and/or SCRUM).Managing the activities carried out by service providers in infrastructure projects (laying cables, moving racks, changing servers, installing network equipment).Monitoring SLA and KPI performance indicators.Knowledge of continuous improvement processes (PDCA, Kanban and others).
