Frank is an American Heart Association CPR & First Aid Instructor, a Certified New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services General Topics Instructor, and a Tennessee Security Guard Trainer. In 2008 he founded ICA Training Academy and had taught and certified students in CPR, AED, First-aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Emergency Preparedness, Security, Law Enforcement, Firearm Safety, Opioid Overdose Prevention, and Child/Parent Safety. Frank P. Hursak earned his associate degree in Emergency & Disaster Management from Fredrick’s Community College in Maryland. His experience includes serving as a Law Enforcement Officer assigned to the Intelligence Unit and was temporarily assigned to his agency’s Law Enforcement Academy, working alongside the Executive Officer. He also served as one of the leadership training and development Instructors at Brentwood Union Free School District, a public school district in Brentwood, New York. He also has Partnerships with multiple non-profit organizations. For example, his most recent partnership is with the Suffolk County Girl Scouts of America as their preferred CPR & First-aid Instructor for Troop Leaders and Scouts. Frank’s goal is to equip parents and children with the necessary tools to keep their families calm and safe during emergencies.ICA Training Academy is an authorized American Heart Association CPR and First Aid training provider affiliated with Northwell Health Center Training Center. I am an approved Security Guard Trainer Instructor certified to teach unarmed security classes by the State of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, the Division of Regulatory Boards Private Protective Services, and a New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services General Topic Instructor.We specialize in assisting daycare centers and other childcare professionals with CPR, First-aid, and security. This Is the preparedness and readiness training. We help with the tracking of staff’s training and send out reminders. We also offer assistance in making First-aid & CPR situation plans of action guides that can be posted in every classroom and office and much, much more.We also assist healthcare providers with the latest and up-to-date equipment and materials.
