Work closely with HR & Line Managers to identify and evaluate their recruiting needs, maintain and manage client relationship - Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and profiling suitable candidates to clients, with both efficiency and high quality. Keep close friendship with potential candidates, for the benefits of both sides- Conduct business development activities, develop & visit new clients, attain more orders from existing clients- Attend industry exhibitions to research & collect market information, and also perform company branding- Coach and lead researchers to achieve assigned goals- Make all efforts to drive revenues- Complete and keep updating our Project Applicant Tracing System to enlarge company talent pool and facilitate searching efficiency -
