Current• Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including but not limited to sourcing, recruiter phone screening, interview scheduling, etc.• Assist and coordinate campus recruiting events such as career fairs and corporate visits to maintain consistent employer brand presence on campus• Ensure a great candidate experience through timely responses and advocating for Argus as an excellent workplace for all candidates• Manage job posts in the applicant tracking system and externally to various career sites and university job boards• Collaborate proactively with recruiters and hiring managers to assist in interview scheduling and facilitating assessment test• Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system through consistent updates of candidates' profiles and status• Involvement in local government recruitment practices projects/reports• Ad-hoc assistance in other recruitment-related matter
