StartingBloc runs a selective and highly respected Fellowship program for leaders of change. The Fellowship starts with a 5-day Institute where we dive into the principles of leadership and social innovation. Over its long history, StartingBloc has reached thousands of Fellows across 50+ countries.As CEO for four years, I built a highly effective team from the ground up. We ran sixteen institutes, welcomed 1200 new Fellows, launched new programs, up-leveled our organizational stability and transparency, built a more inclusive community, and attracted a new and energetic board of directors. As the lead for community and alumni, I implemented supporting structures for our entrepreneurs, including a pro-bono coaching program and a system for sharing needs and offers. I also kept the pulse of the community, checking in with entrepreneurs weekly, understanding their needs, and connecting or channeling them to the right resources.

Designed and implemented Plan4Preschool.com on the Expression Engine platform. Carried project from concept to launch, led site planning, GUI design, and organized usability tests.
