Scope of Work : APMS/ IPOS Implementation, Berth, yard, Warehouse, vendor invoice processing in SAP, Administration and overseeing stevedoring operation of all Export/ Import of project cargo, container, Bulk, Break bulk, Ro-Ro Operation.Job Responsibilities: Ensure for Safety induction training conducted to all stevedoring and port user, review of incidents/accidents to ensure for safe operation and pedestrian users. Monitor stowage plans to ensure maximum cargo lift on each vessel. Conduct pre-planning meetings, toolbox meetings and kick-off meeting to Ensuring all correspondence between importers/exporter/stevedoring and vessel Agent for best handling of cargo and dealt with them promptly until dispatch. To be record all inward & outward cargo shipping documents and data promptly updated in IPOS and ensure daily & weekly reports to be submitted for operation review. Yard planning in MAC done to segregate container and other cargo storage.  Responsible for all aspects of Vessel Operations, Yard Operations and Equipment Allocation in close liaison with the terminal management. Responsible for smooth functioning of Planning, Documentation and Gate Activities. Contributing for the meeting of Business/Operational KPI’s, objectives SOP & Risk assessment. Plan berthing of vessels considering the factors like ETA, window time, tide, draft, LOA etc. Exploiting all the features that are available in the terminal operation system (IPOS) and utilize them for improving efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate to liquid terminal to prepare berthing schedule according to liquid vessel arrival/sailing. Coordinate/overseeing the/with liquid terminal team during liquid vessel in operation.

• Daily monitor the vehicles - load/unload to route & primary, stock count, empty recording etc• Stock available of all SKU’s at distributors as per agreed Norms, fill rate, 100% IDOD etc• Distribution Management, Monitor CFA Operations & Labour, WH Hygiene, & cleaning etc.• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.• Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse.• Maximizing space usage within the warehouse.• Looking after the transportation of goods into and out of the warehouse.• Implementing specific customer packaging requirements.• Repairing warehouse equipment breakdowns.• Shipment loading and transferring.• Working with supervisors to improve staff performance.• Setting aside storage areas for new stock.• Complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards.• Keep unauthorized persons out of the warehouse.• Developing and implementing SOPs for the warehouse.• Facilitating effective communication within the team and across the site.• Investigating any inventory losses.• Operating automated warehouse storage and retrieval systems.• Being on call for any emergencies.• Planning future warehouse capacity requirements.• Maintaining accurate staff attendance records.• Ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely.

Handling the Manpower in the shift and all staff relieved for breaks, shift change.• Look into ICD activities, yard shuffling, optimum use of yard cranes, Gate & Vessel Ops.• Co-ordinate with Engg Team, housekeeping, Handling Specialized cargo using slings etc.• Monitor the Quay Cranes, ITV movements, vessel work progress, productivity etc.• Identification of the high performers, low performers and send them on priority Cranes• Ensuring checkers properly using VHF, RDT & Lashers using the safety harness.• Attending the vessel related problems, follow the work list & coordinate with planners.• Handling the vessel related Safety aspect working at height for lashers to do lash/unlash• Yard related safety aspects of pedestrian walking on the dedicated walk pathway.• Mobile Equipment Safety & Handling Loads monitoring inside the terminal operations

• Operate crane under general supervision.• Manipulate or depress cane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions.• Repair crane as needed.• Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis.• Determine if any parts are malfunctioning.• Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork.
