From initially working for an international charity providing social intigration and care of adults with learning support needs my partner and i developed our own private support service. Before resting and passing on the business we spent 14 years supporting adults to integrate with and experience life in thier community. We did this by offering a measured support allowing them to develop self skills therefore reducing dependancy. As well as building our personal skills in business management and understanding of networking skills we had what is important to us.
