I am a highly organized and methodical individual with a strong background in policy-oriented research. I hold a Master's degree in sociology from the National Taiwan University with a GPA of 3.8. In my role as a research assistant, I have gained experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and have organized over 50 consensus conferences, conducted public outreach through explanatory articles, and managed the promotional website of our program. These experiences have allowed me to develop my ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.In addition to my academic training, I have also worked as a congressional aide in the Taiwanese parliament, which has given me a deep understanding of the local political atmosphere and legislative process in Taiwan. I used to work as a political aid and am primarily focused on policy analysis. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, gathering, analyzing, and producing policies for the targeted county/district.
