This covers key moments of the career (new contract, contract changes or ending of contracts).Compliance services include tax return preparation and filing and assistance with complex payroll calculations.Having worked in a large payroll services office, I have experience with Belgian and international payrolls and the implementation of legal advice.I am an expert in share based remuneration schemes, such as stock options, restricted share plans and stock purchase plans.As more and more people have international careers, regular advice is provided to them relating to international pension issues.I have experience in setting up businesses (so far, I managed 4 activities/offices that were starting up).Both in the big firms where I worked in the past as in my current company, ICHIBAN Consult, I was and still am involved in business development and in managing client relationships.From time to time I organise seminars and professional events and have developed an in-house training program for HR professionals.
