BMC Control-M Scheduler: - Managing daily batches - Responsible for scheduling/managing the new and existing batches - Responsible for troubleshooting the stuck batches and have them executed for the business -Responsible for handling weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly activities and the urgent/emergency outages - Responsible for updating the existing scheduling modules i.e. calendars(2.) Shift Manager: - Responsible for developing the daily shift schedule - Responsible for hosting the daily, weekly and monthly team meeting and client meetings(3.) Document Manager: - Responsible for creating and managing the SOPs, Procedure/Process documents and other project related documents - Responsible for communicating the updated processes to the users and the stack-holders of the project.

• Monitoring TWS operations issues on production and development environment.• Analysing and handling critical issues in TWS.• Monitoring the jobs and schedules in Appworx and CA7.• Scheduling the jobs in test as well as production environment.• Troubleshooting the errors and fixing the issues on first hand basis• Reporting the major issues to 2nd level application teams.• Analysing the job execution flow from Appworx to CA7 and vice versa.• Documenting daily, weekly, monthly, yearly operational activities.• Document Management• Tools used: TWS v8.3, UC4 Appworx v8.0, CA7, Remedy, SDM12

• Monitoring and scheduling of Batch jobs.• Executing job requests through Email, Telephone and instant messenger. Requests include informing clients/application teams, modifying the job status (Restart, Cancel, Kill and Force complete), Fetching the job logs, etc.• Co-ordination with UNIX and Wintel Support team for workstation issues.• Understanding the job flows.• Co-ordinate with 2nd level scheduler for schedules for jobs on TWS.• Documenting & maintaining the daily tasks done and keeping the track of daily, weekly, monthly activities to be done by the team.• Handling the training of new resources in the project.• Tools Used: TWS Job Scheduling Console (JSC) v8.2, v8.4, Service Centre (DW)
