Through this clinical study I established the method to introduce the drug into upper dermis using microneedle combined with impact-insertion applicator.I again stress on the possibility of microneedle procedure with impact-insertion applicator. I already applied more than 20,000 patched of micronnedle clinically, to human, in Japan successfully and established that method completely for this 6 years. I used growth factor for this clinical trial, however, this was originally developed for the purpose of gene induction into skin. Patent for this technology is very firm because it was already granted in USA, EP countries (UK, Germany, France, Denmark and Hong Kong) Japan and China. I am also holding patent for applicator to use double layer microneedle in US. EP countries, China and Japan.In addition to IP I established the method to design, fablication and application of microneedle with much knowhow which is ready to use for vaccination of COVID-19 as well.
