- In charge of Train RAMS Engineers team in Alstom Valenciennes site (up to 10 people)- Lead RAMS team and ensure the proper allocation of resources to projects- Support my team in their projects for Quality, Cost and Delivery- Ensure collaborators career growth and development of team members skills- Support the team in the resolution of complex issues in particular those involving other stakeholders (Project team/ Customer/ISA…).- Ensure reliability and safety design milestones are Go on time.- Ensure Alstom Transport RAMS processes are applied by Train RAMS Engineers.RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintenability and Safety)

- Manage RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintenability and Safety) activities at rolling stock level in accordance with railway standards- Lead train certification for revenue service with Customer and certification organisms- Manage RAMS resources involved on the project to meet project QCD commitments- Perform train safety analysis to ensure its acceptance by customer and certifying organisms- Achieve reliability prediction calculation.- Support other project stakeholders (design, industrial, sourcing, validation etc..) in the definition of appropriate measures to meet safety requirementsProjects: Los Teques Metro (Venezuela), Lille Metro (France), Lyon MPL16 Metro (France)Standards: EN 50126, EN50128, EN50129.

- Perform HVAC RAMS & ILS studies for all site projects (internal and sub contractors studies)- Guide the design according to reliability, availability, maintainability and safety requirements- Monitor products reliability during their operation and capitalize experience feedbacks- RAMS & ILS referent from the offer, during the project development and to the serial life of HVAC systems (main contact of customers and suppliers)- Create and put in place RAMS and ILS processes.
