Current● Manage a small team of support technicians to serve the library system, staff, faculty, andstudents in their pursuit of better technological experiences within the institution● Serve on selection and rollout committee for new programs, platforms, and resources,including a new Enterprise Resource Planning platform, equipment, and all otherapplications and supplies● Create and enforce security measures including 2-step verification for email● Liaise with leadership to establish training in online education ahead of and throughoutthe COVID-19 pandemic● Establish plans and administer the overall standard operating procedures and goals for theinformation technology department● Analyze the needs of different departments and determine ways to meet businessobjectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems● Institute and oversee the institution’s green program, ensuring that outdated and expiredresources are recycled or donated● Act as web administrator for four unique institutional sites● Oversaw our ERP, CAMS, for two and a half years, troubleshooting and managing thesystem responsible for several workflows, including student information, beforeaccepting a promotion to director
