Liaise extensively with Portugal-based Sky Group in all QA functions pertaining to Peacock, SkyShowtime and all other NBCU streaming platforms. Design and develop automated test scripts in Visual Studio via Cypress / XQuartz and maintained in GitHub. Conduct set-top box automation via Witbe and Suitest. Develop and verify feature test plans / reports, automation test scripts, manual testing, documentation and other functions.Examples of my key projects and accomplishments in this role include:• Selected as Lead QA Engineer for multiple major mission-critical features, including NFL Key Plays and Trailer Subtitles.• Demonstrated exceptional levels of tenacity and ability to shift gears rapidly upon unexpectedly taking on new role following transfer from Fandango to Peacock; ramped up on new job requirements within one week and quickly streamlined workflow to minimize onboarding time. • Partnered with team members in swiftly and efficiently acquiring expertise in tools and procedures for performing QA on streaming devices; researched and documented all processes and played key role in team’s full readiness. • Charged with ramping up with Portugal team, traveling on-site to collaborate directly with team in establishing workload and scheduling strategies and timelines.

While here, I performed various automation engineering functions, including the development of automation suites to test Fandango's web-based movie-ticket platform and its internal tools sites. Highlights of my daily contributions include:Served as team's SDET/QA lead, holding accountability for all automation and testing. Guided and coached other QA team members in daily functions. Designed and maintained automated test scripts through Node.js in Visual Studio Code, primarily utilizing BDD test frameworks and conducting maintenance in Jenkins. Facilitated tests encompassing multiple types of assets, including web-based tools and various tablets and phones.Examples of my key projects and accomplishments in this role include:• Served as Lead QA for several large mission-critical projects, including major Braintree project.• Hand-selected to onboard and mentor new SDETs; created lesson plans and provided direct training on codebase, enabling streamlined onboarding.• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools and environments by developing automated script utilizing unfamiliar tools and languages; completed and presented on tool within a month.

Here, I designed, developed and optimized the performance of an entire automation test suite for a BI360 Web Portal and BI360 cloud product. Highlights of my daily contributions include:Utilized tools such as Selenium WebDriver (C#) and SmartBear TestComplete. Functioned as lead tester, holding accountability for manual and automated testing of all Solver products as well as forthcoming products. Functioned as Product Specialist for Solver BI360 Web Portal, interfacing with departments throughout company in addressing questions or issues pertaining to product and directly assisting customers and partners with initial installation and problem solving.Examples of my key projects and accomplishments in this role include:• Orchestrated effort to establish automation platform for product testing, conducting extensive research on automation frameworks most applicable to company's needs; presented plan and procurement strategy to manager, received go-ahead and set up / configured new automation system.

In this temporary contract role, I served as Lead Test for a Halogen project and Automation Lead for a Conceirge project. I served in a lead automated testing role, with accountability for designing, developing and maintaining automated tests on Noblis Rasmas website utilizing Java, Selenium and Selenium RC.Highlights of my daily contributions and special projects include:• Served as programmer and tester for Noblis Spark webpage; conducted development via ASP.NET MVC3 (C#), JavaScript, HTML, LINQ and CSS; additionally utilized Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
