Also I have responsibility to make sure the business is running well, organized and meet with client expectation.Job Description:#Making business processes and SOPs so that they comply with applicable regulations and ensure that the business runs well#Approaching clients from scratch and offering recruitment services to clients who need the business#Acting as a recruitment consultant, and ensuring the process of finding candidates according to client needs, starting from sourcing candidates, interviews, preparing reports and submitting them to clients.
