Designing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive training activities and cutting-edge, multi-layered learning resources for the CEPOL Cybercrime Academy, enclosing in-person and virtual courses, webinars, workshops, e-lessons, and online modules. Developing training activities with the support of the European Cybercrime Training and Education Group (ECTEG) and conducting courses for law enforcement and judicial professionals on cybercrime and electronic evidence, open-source intelligence (OSINT), digital forensics tools and techniques, including training the trainers.Liaising with CEPOL partners, law enforcement agencies, and private cybersecurity companies to create hybrid training initiatives incorporating the latest innovations and research advancements. Collaborated with the Council of Europe (CoE), European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (EUROPOL), International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to enhance the operational capabilities of partners in preventing and combating organised crime and terrorism.Representing CEPOL at the European Multidisciplinary Platform against Criminal Threats (EMPACT) meetings from the cyber-attacks priority. Involved in developing the European Union Strategic Training Needs Assessment (EU-STNA) and the Operational Training Needs Analysis (OTNA), addressing cyber-attacks, digital skills and law enforcement's use of new technologies.

Assisting in designing and developing communication strategies, material, and action plans for cybersecurity awareness. Reviewing the deliverables deriving from the ENISA projects and advising on the tools and channels for promotional activities.Advised choosing the KPIs and corresponding metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the Awareness Raising Conceptual Framework for building awareness-raising programs and running engaging and effective awareness-raising campaigns.Contributed to promoting and endorsing the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF), a practical tool to support identifying tasks, competencies, skills, and knowledge associated with the roles of European cybersecurity professionals.

Representing the association in conferences, meetings, and media. Established collaboration agreements with public institutions, private companies, and universities to develop research projects, organise conferences and training activities, write studies and guidelines to enhance cyber capacity building, and strengthen cybersecurity culture.Part of the Organising Committee of the Scientific International Conference on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime (IC3) and the CyberCon Romania Conference, events dedicated to raising awareness, embodying the cybersecurity culture, and sharing best practices in fighting cybercrime. Founded the International Journal of Information Security and Cybercrime (IJISC), a scientific peer-reviewed journal, to bring together the latest research and development in information security and the latest methods to prevent and combat cybercrime phenomenon.Contributed to the partnership between the U.S. Embassy in Romania and the Romanian Association for Information Security Assurance (RAISA) that obtained the Cyber Outstanding Security Performance Award (Cyber OSPA) 2022 in the Outstanding Cyber Security Partnership category. In addition, contributed to the "Considerations on Challenges and Future Directions in Cybersecurity" study, developed with the occasion of the Romanian Presidency at the Council of the EU, which won the Outstanding Security Performance Award (OSPA) for the best Romanian cybersecurity initiative in 2020.

Coordinated, guided, and controlled the entire activity carried out by the department staff. In addition, prepared the annual list of didactical positions and analysed the job descriptions of the department members, arranged the semester work plan according to the calendar of educational activities and organised the competitions to fill the vacant positions of the department.Ensured, through the department council, the scientific level of the courses and seminars developed by the teaching staff to achieve quality standards and took the necessary measures for the teaching and scientific research activities to transmit the fundamental theoretical knowledge required for police officers' training.Organized and carried out continuous training and professional development activities with the department members. Also, developed teaching activities and prepared documents for the subjects assigned according to the educational plans at a high scientific and methodical level, according to academic quality standards.Coordinated the "Fraud Investigation" Master Programme from the Police University, Romanian Police Academy. Established the education plan and selected the associate professors for the master programme disciplines. In addition, contributed to the guidance activities of the students, provided consultations, and ensured the coordination and guidance of the dissertation thesis development.

Conducted didactical activities in cyber-related disciplines: cybercrime and electronic evidence, open-source intelligence, and digital forensics, and collaborated with specialists from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and co-opted them in the instructive-educational process. Contributed to the students' activities by providing consultations, ensuring coordination and guidance in developing bachelor's/dissertation papers, and participating in the internship programs following the education plan.Wrote and coordinated books and published papers in scientific journals and conferences indexed in international databases. Involved in research projects and training activities organised by the Minister of Internal Affairs, National Institute of Magistracy, and Superior Council of Magistracy. In addition, attended as a speaker in more than 100 workshops and conferences organised by various institutions and universities.Coordinated the activity of the Romanian Centre of Excellence in Cybercrime Investigation Training (CYBEREX-RO), part of the Cybercrime Centres of Excellences Network (2 CENTRE) from the Council of Europe (CoE). Attended the "Forensic Computing and Cybercrime Investigation" Programme from the University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland, to become a trainer within this centre. Involved in designing courses for training law enforcement and judicial professionals in cybercrime and electronic evidence, open-source intelligence, and digital forensics tools and techniques.

Organized and coordinated the activities of the National College of Home Affairs within the Romanian Police Academy, intervening for the efficiency of its activity. In addition, prepared didactic activities at the level of postgraduate programs.Organized and participated in the admission/graduation exams of the College's courses within the supervision committees. Also, examined and evaluated the training of students during postgraduate studies.Analyzed the educational plans of the proposed courses and submitted them for approval to the Director of the College. Moreover, proposed the annual plan for developing courses and other didactic materials, according to the requests of the College's teaching staff.
