Started working as a volunteer advocate in 2011 and eventually founded the Project Red Ribbon Care Management Foundation, Inc. in 2014. With passion as his strength, and strategic partners and volunteers as his armament, he developed the programs of the Foundation to provide HIV awareness, prevention, treatment, care and support services throughout the Philippines.

Sits at the IEC, Human Rights, Policy and Planning, and Monitoring and Evaluation Committees of PNAC. We are mandated to develop the AIDS Medium Term Plan of the Philippines and approve national HIV policies.
