These experiences shaped my ability to think strategically and act decisively, skills that have been valuable in my later roles.As a business leader in technical and engineering asset management, I am passionate about driving innovation and efficiency. I focus on optimising operations and implementing sustainable solutions to deliver solid results. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had, but what matters most to me is working with others to align strategic visions with effective execution.I value the power of community and building strong relationships. Wine and hospitality have played a significant role in fostering personal and professional networks for me. Sharing a good wine creates an atmosphere of openness and trust, allowing deeper connections with clients, colleagues, and friends. This passion led me to pursue formal wine education with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), which has helped me bring people together and enrich our shared experiences.Staying active is another way I connect with others. I enjoy road cycling and running, which keep me fit and provide opportunities to engage with people who share similar interests. These activities reflect my competitive spirit and remind me of the importance of perseverance and teamwork, qualities that are valuable both in sports and in professional life.I am also involved as a director for non-profit organisations in the visual arts and wine sectors.
